In Finland, sauna isn’t just sitting in a warm room, it’s a beloved tradition that brings people together, helps you relax both body and mind, and is an essential part of the Finnish way of life.

At our event, you won’t only get to go in the authentic wooden saunas, but also swim in the avanto (hole in the ice) and relax in the outdoor jacuzzi And don’t worry — you won’t be doing this on an empty stomach. Before the sauna, we’ll enjoy a delicious lunch in the stunning dining hall of Savutuvan Apaja, so come hungry and ready to relax.

Schedule:

The event starts for the 1st group at 11:15 and ends 15:10. You can take the bus S1 from the central bus station 

For the 2nd group, the event starts at 13:15 and ends 17:10. This group can take the same bus S1 from the same location at 12:30. Remember that there is only one bus per hour!

11:15 1st group arrives. The staff will welcome you and present the day's menu.
11:30 Lunch
12:30 Sauna
13:45 Sausages for grilling (outdoors or in the fireplace)
15:10 bus leaves

13:15 2nd group arrives. The staff will welcome you and present the day's menu.
13:30 Lunch
14:30 Sauna
16:00 Sausages for grilling (outdoors or in the fireplace)
17:10 End of the event and bus leaves

Please don’t bring your own drinks (the sauna area is part of a licensed restaurant). There’s a bar and even hot chocolate available!
