First International Dinner of this semester! Join us and show off your cooking skills and share your country's culture. You can cook by yourself or in a small group of max. 4 people but most importantly, remember to cook enough so everyone has a chance to taste your food (~60 people).
How International Dinner works: everyone will cook a typical dish from their home country and bring it to Ilokivi, which is a student cafeteria located in the Seminaarinmäki campus in the same building as the Student Union. Once you arrive with your dish, you'll be provided with a piece of paper to write down the name of the dish and the ingredients that went in the dish (for dietary restriction info). Coffee and tea will be provided by ESN.
After sharing the dishes, there will be group activities and games prepared for you to learn about each other's cultures!
Note: Only people with a dish will be let in. Even if you’re cooking with someone else, each person should have purchased his/her own ticket.
