In this meeting, we will present the previous annual report, discharge the last board of 2021, approve different decisions, and, more importantly, elect new board members!! Whether you are a local student, a degree student, or an exchange student in JYU or JAMK, you are welcome to join our General Meeting to hear more about us.

Spring General Meeting
AGENDA:
1. Opening the meeting
2. Selecting a chairperson, a secretary, two (2) scrutinizers, and two (2) vote counters
3. Stating the present members who are entitled to vote
4. Confirming the quorum and validity of the meeting
5. Approving of the agenda
6. Presenting the annual report, the financial statement, and the auditor's statement of the previous year (1.1.-31.12.2021)
7. Approving of the annual report, financial statement, and auditor's statement of the previous year (1.1.-31.12.2021)
8. Approving decision on discharging the board (1.1.-31.12.2021) other persons with responsibilities, and their related liabilities
9. Confirming the sums for the joining fee and the subscriptions for actual and supporting members of the association
10. Elections
11. Closing the meeting
Anyone who has a valid ESNCard and is a member of ESN Jyväskylä is entitled to vote.
